At Platinum Events, we prioritise health and safety, ensuring the well-being of our customers, guests, and staff. Our team undergoes regular, comprehensive training throughout the year to maintain the highest safety standards when handling equipment. We also have a dedicated health and safety officer overseeing all protocols.
Each member of our staff is provided with personal protective equipment for every job. All electrical equipment undergoes rigorous Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), and we can supply PAT test certificates upon request. Additionally, we hold public liability insurance for further assurance.
Several of our team members are IPAF-certified to operate cherry pickers and scissor lifts safely. Moreover, every staff member is fully qualified for their respective tasks, with some trained in First Aid. Our employees, equipment, and services are all covered under our liability insurance, reinforcing our commitment to safety and professionalism.
All of our electrical equipment is tested for safe use (Portable Appliance Test/PAT Testing) and Platinum can provide a PAT test certificate for venues if necessary.
